Welcome to the first (and hopefully not the last) LarLar-B-Q. We're firing up the smoker this May to bring family, friends, coworkers, and more together for a day of good food, weather (hopefully), and company.

A couple of years ago, our close friend decided he was going to retire. So, we threw him a retirement party that was very similar to what we're doing now. A lot of friends came out, including some we hadn't seen in quite a while, and we all had a great time.
So, we had the thought: "We should do this more often".
Now, here we are...
It took a little while to get the train moving on this again, but we finally have the spare brain power to set it all up. The plan is to do these every year. "Friend Reunion" style. It may not be in the same place each time depending on what happens, but we'll figure that out later. For now, this is what we've got.
